Yoga Salutations

In absence of live classes due to the "Covid" situation, here are some practices that will keep you moving, staying committed to your yoga practice and relaxing you in these difficult times. Do feel free to share with your near and dear ones if it would be relevant to them. Love to all :)

Senior Yoga lying down 30 min

A lying down yoga practice which can be easily done on the mat, carpet or even first thing in the morning

Senior Yoga standing 25 minutes

A short practice with only standing up asanas when you fancy a good stretch.

3 Sun Salutations to Mantra

A moving meditation with 3 rounds of sun salutations to the mantra sung by Kai Franz. Go to youtube or spotify and search for Kai Franz where you can find the mantra for 3,6 and 12 rounds.
