Join my own practice, first thing in the morning, twice a week we do Yoga and twice we do strength training using resistance bands and weights. Today we are getting stronger, flexible and blissful.
We go with the flow depending on what the group needs. Sometimes it can be a deep relaxing practice and at times it can be a strong vinyasa practise.
