Alchemy of Forgiveness

What are you still carrying that may be asking to be seen differently?

As we move through life, we accumulate experiences that shape us- disappointments, misunderstandings, regrets and difficult relationships. Over time, these experiences can become stories that influence how we see ourselves, others and the events of our lives.

Drawing on timeless wisdom from Indian tradition, The Alchemy of Forgiveness explores the possibility that forgiveness is not something we force ourselves to do, but something that may emerge when we reconnect with who we are beneath our stories.

Through guided reflection, self-inquiry, experiential activities, discussion, movement, meditation and sound, we will explore how emotions, perspectives and life experiences shape the way we see ourselves, others and the events of our lives.

No personal sharing is required. You are invited to work privately with your own reflections and participate only in the ways that feel right for you.

An invitation to loosen what no longer serves you, see with fresh eyes and reconnect with the freedom beneath your stories.

Testimonials

"I was interested in exploring the idea of how forgiveness can help us break patterns and habits of behaviour in relationships, and what light ancient Indian wisdom can shed on the notion of forgiveness and how I might apply some of these insights in my own life. I believe what I learned I can begin with immediately AND can be applied especially when we all get together for our big family reunion next month."
