A 90-minute immersive and extended sound experience.

Through carefully layered soundscapes emerging from bowls, gongs, chimes & more, this journey is inspired by the Koshas- yogic view of our inner universe. The experience invites a gradual shift from the outer world to deeper sense of peace, clarity and bliss.

Blending yoga, breath, meditation, sound and sensory exploration, Sixth Sense creates space to listen differently, to heighten intuition, presence, feeling and connection.

Inspired by the yogic concept of Pratyahara- the withdrawal of the senses- this unique yoga experience invites you to deepen your connection to your own inner guidance.

As we move through life, we all accumulate experiences that shape us - disappointments, misunderstandings, difficult relationships, and stories we continue to carry.

Drawing on timeless wisdom from Indian tradition, this experiential workshop explores the possibility that forgiveness is not something we do, but something that emerges when we reconnect with who we are beneath our stories.

Through guided reflection, group activities, self-inquiry, and discussion, we will explore how emotions, perspectives, and life experiences shape the way we see ourselves, others and life events.

No personal sharing is required.

Participants are invited to work privately with their own reflections throughout the workshop.
